We Need Your Help!
Food Distribution has changed due to the accelerated needs of our community as we navigate a global health issues and rising costs together. We’re currently receiving extra USDA product as the government responds to the unprecedented need due to current economic stressors. We’ve seen the number of under-resourced people increase exponentially. This change necessitates revisions in our ways and we have made changes as needed.
We would love to have you join our Food Distribution Team. We have many different ways to serve including: putting together the UDSA bags, prepping at food stations in Orosi & Cutler, helping with paperwork as people arrive, helping get food into car trunks, keeping the environment clean & tidy, data entry, inventory management… there is always something to do in Food Distribution.
We LOVE to serve others with food. We love it because Jesus valued feeding the hungry! We’ll just leave HIS words right here:
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,” Matthew 25:35
